Rev. Dr. J. Rayford Goodwin
Pastor Goodwin, Senior Pastor of Mount Olive Baptist Church, has been challenged to stay on the cutting edge of changing times. The church must be relevant to the social needs and crises that face the people of God.
Throughout his teaching and preaching, Pastor Goodwin encourages members of Mount Olive to get involved with the agenda Jesus left for His church. As a result of his constant urging, Mount Olive has become completely focused on ministry.
Pastor J. Rayford Goodwin has led us in Kingdom building for over 38 years.

We are a church where the Spirit of the Lord dwells, and through His presence, we experience and extend the freedom and transformative power of Christ to the world.
